Steve Strelsin is an experienced management consultant, having spent over 20 years consulting to companies in a wide range of industries. He has a successful record of accomplishments in the areas of organization design and development, strategy, compensation, sales and marketing effectiveness, performance management and talent development. Some recent highlights of his work include:

Prior to his affiliation with Landhouse Group, LLC, Mr. Strelsin spent 16 years with Sibson & Company, an international consulting firm focusing on human resources and organization effectiveness. From 1990 through 1998 he served as CEO of Sibson. Prior to joining Sibson, Mr. Strelsin was with KPMG where he was responsible for all strategic planning, marketing and organization consulting services for the mid-Atlantic region. His previous experience also includes operations consulting and project management with Johnson & Johnson and Eastman Kodak.

Mr. Strelsin serves on the Board of Directors of Ray & Berndtson, a multi-national executive search firm, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Lake Forest College. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of NewMindsets, Inc., an online learning company.

Mr. Strelsin obtained his M.B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and his B.S. degree in physics and mechanical engineering from Drexel University.
