Mr. Brown is an accomplished executive leader with over 30 years experience in senior management, finance, capital raising and business combinations. He has worked extensively with Boards, investors, creditors and senior management of private and public companies in restructuring, recapitalizations and crisis situations. Mr. Brown specializes in developing viable business strategies, operational improvement, cash flow management, capital raising and realizing shareholder value. Mr. Brown was Chief Financial Officer of American WholeHealth Inc. and wholehealthmd.com, venture capital backed health care companies where he was responsible for all financial aspects of the business including financial reporting, capital structure, financing, Board and shareholder communications, acquisitions and joint ventures, legal, banking, treasury, budgeting, accounting and audit. He has been President of MIDCAP LTD, providing middle-market investment banking and restructuring services, Group VP and CFO of Eastmet Industrial Products and Director of Corporate Development of Eastmet Corporation. He began his working career at AT&T (now Lucent Technologies). He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School and has an MBA in Management.
