Mr. Tober is a senior management professional with a successful record of accomplishments in the areas of strategic marketing and planning, business repositioning, new business venture development, operations, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in consumer retailing and service firms including: major national retailers, an e-Learning company, a national market research firm, a large diversified food, chemical, energy and consumer products company, and a Big 5 accounting and consulting firm.

As a member of Landhouse Group, LLC, Mr. Tober currently serves as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager with Teamwork Technologies with an emphasis on consumer products, B2B, marketing turnarounds, and business valuation. Previous positions include, Director of Sales for ELT, Inc., a start-up e-learning business, and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Sterling Research Group, Inc., a national market research firm. He was Founder and Owner of Aimfair, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and marketing, business repositioning, and mergers and acquisitions. He was Director of Planning for Lucky Stores, Inc., Assistant Treasurer of Montgomery Ward & Co., Vice President Finance & Administration for Colby's Home Furnishings, and Corporate Planning & Development Manager for Household Merchandising, and a Management Consultant with Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Mr. Tober began his career in the food industry with Swift & Company/Esmark.

Mr. Tober graduated with honors from Bowling Green State University with a BS degree in Business Administration. He also holds a MBA from the University of Illinois from which he also graduated with honors.
