Mr. Plaster is a proven executive leader with over 18 years of industry and consulting experience. Mr. Plaster’s clients have ranged from start-up companies to Fortune 500 industrial concerns with a focus on middle-market. Mr. Plaster has served as an advisor to many privately held and family owned businesses. He has worked with companies in the electronics, software, automotive, paper & packaging, computer, aerospace & defense, plastics, airline, food processing, architecture and engineering, and consumer products industries.

Prior to joining The Landhouse Group, LLC, Mr. Plaster was the National Managing Partner of the Strategic Consulting Practice for Grant Thornton LLP, and also served as the firm’s Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Plaster has also served as Chief Executive Officer for an Internet advertising, marketing, and promotions company. He began his consulting career with Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Plaster holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Mr. Plaster is the co-author of the book, The Road to Success: How to Manage Growth (published by John Wiley & Sons, 1998). The book is used as a textbook at several major MBA programs including Columbia University. Mr. Plaster is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
