As a member of Technomic Resources, LLC, Mr. Rosenberg is also Principal and Founder of his own financial services consulting firm. Prior positions include President and Principal of Professional Market Brokerage, Co., President and Chief Executive Officer of First Commercial Financial Group, and Vice Chairman of Dellsher Investment Company.

Mr. Rosenberg was an active member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade for over 30 years. He served on the CME Board of Directors from 1970 to 1995 and the maximum allowable term as Chairman from 1977 to 1980. Also, during his tenure on the CME Board, Mr. Rosenberg was Chairman of the Executive Committee, Chairman of both the International Steering Committee and Strategic Planning Committee, and Chief Legislative Liaison and Senior Policy Advisor to the Board.

Mr. Rosenberg graduated from Lake Forest College with a degree in economics and served in the United States Army Counter Intelligence Corps. He has been the subject of numerous newspaper, magazine article and has been mentioned in many books.
